TRIBUNNEWS.COM OSLO - Some of the proposed candidate receiving the 2012 Nobel Peace Prize this year include Bradley Manning, a U.S. army sergeant charged with leaking classified documents to the many anti-secret site WikiLeaks, Svetlana Gannushkina, the Russian human rights activist, and Yulia Tymoshenko, former prime Ministers of Ukraine.
