TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA-Supervisory Team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) began its work in Iran. Over the next three days the team will investigate to ensure the goals of Iran's nuclear development program is distorted or not.
According to IAEA Director Yukira Amano, as quoted by the BBC, Sunday (1/29/2012), the team will pose several questions to the government of Iran related to Iran's nuclear development program.
He claimed the Iranian government requires the presence of IAEA team in the midst of controversy, and accusations that Western nations called Iran was secretly developing nuclear weapons.

"In particular we hope Iran will cooperate with us related to our concerns over the possible use of their nuclear program for military," said IAEA Deputy Director, Herman Nackaerts before leaving Vienna to Iran.

The IAEA report claimed to have some information that suggests Iran has held a number of trials that are relevant to the development of nuclear explosives.
The report welcomed the European Union and the United States, with pressure to halt its nuclear program. They also agreed to issue a number of sanctions, such as the prohibition of the purchase, transport Iranian crude oil and petroleum products and stop the financial and insurance activities.
