TEHERAN - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said clearly that there is democracy in Western countries is nonsense.
"Western-style democracy is an insult to humanity, but a profit for the capitalists. Man is a victim of Western democracy," Ahmadinejad said, as quoted by IRINN TV on Wednesday (08/02/2012).
In the Unity Conference in Tehran, Ahmadinejad also spoke about a number of global issues are increasingly popping up today. He also urged residents to keep fighting.
"Nothing has changed and no one happy. Residents should watch the status quo of this world. Approximately seven billion human beings live in this world, three billion of them hungry and another 1.2 billion do not have enough food in one day. cruelty are everywhere, as well as corruption and aggression. No security and justice, "he said.
Ahmadinejad also described the situation in Africa, he said that Africa is a region in the world that prosperity endowed by God. However, the natural wealth of Africa has been captured by the company's United States (U.S.) and Europe. Africans were living in poverty.
"The dominance of the powerful countries that are perceived arrogance by the entire country at this time. Strength is sacrificed humanitarian imperialism," he added.
